ETHICAL SOURCING
For 24 years, we have been cultivating close ties with the Sri Lankan small-scale fishing community.
Our team present on site directly look after good working conditions and fair remuneration.
It also gives us daily access to the best auctions and the development of solid partnerships in neighboring countries (Maldives, Seychelles and Indonesia) to ensure quality AND regularity.

SUSTAINABILITY
We fish for non-threatened species using gentle artisanal hook and line methods.
The filleting is handmade with care and expertise in our Sri Lankan factory, where we ensure rigorous quality selection and perfect transparency and traceability on all of our products.

GREEN FACTORY
A new green factory is growing in the middle of coconut trees!
We do not waste the water, we use it to irrigate vegetable gardens and orchards.
Fish waste is reused to fertilise crops and as biogas to supplement the energy provided by solar panels.

We control logistics down to the last mile to guarantee the freshness of our products:
48 hours on average between fishing and delivery to the consumer.
(against 10 days in shops)

In France a second team of filleters prepare the products according to your needs:
H&G, loin, half-loin, block, belly, without skin or bloodline, etc…
We offer a fresh cut made just a few hours before arriving at your home.

In 2021 our head office moved to Provence.
Since then, we have been creating new links with small local coastal fishermen with virtuous and sustainable practices.
We also have a partnership with an artisanal smokehouse to upgrade our products and reduce losses.
